This was a great trip, lots of great people and a night of camping. It was cold.... very cold. We chose to sleep in the car (see the link for the modification) rather than face the cold in a tent. We also got to try out the new camp stove.
The new stove worked out great. We had an issue with the fridge earlier.. at lunch I realized I had set it to "freezer" mode and everything we had was frozen solid. We tried our best to eat our frozen sandwiches and luckily dinner was thawed enough by night to cook it up.
The trail was pretty easy, but fun, just enough rocks, drips, hills and other obstacles to make it fun.
